Placing order

• For ready-made products, please email to feltyheart@gmail.com stating the SKU no. (as shown in the respective products) and country of delivery. I am usually able to get back to you within 24 hours. Meanwhile, I am happy to answer your questions relating to the product before you place an order.

• Invoice will be sent to you for payment. 

• An order confirmation will be issued and sent to your email address once full payment is received.

• In general, your order will be processed and dispatched in 4 working days.

Payment Options

I accept payment made by Direct Deposit and Paypal.

Delivery

• All deliveries (both Australia and overseas) will be sent via Australia Post in Tracked/Signed Airmail to avoid the loss of parcels.

• Shipping cost varies depending on locations. You can contact me before placing an order and I am happy to give you a quote for the delivery.

• I do not accept any responsibility for delay or non-delivery caused by fire, strikes, lockouts, accidents, war, force-majeure, government control or requisition, or any other circumstances beyond my control. Custom, duties and taxes are the buyers' responsibility and I cannot be liable for any shipments held or quarantined at the border.
