To make a customized item order
Email your selected portrait photo to feltyheart@gmail.com, telling me the size of portrait and country of delivery you prefer. I will then recommend you the color of base fabric according to the primary color of your portrait.
You will then receive an invoice for payment showing details of your order and the approximate dispatch time.
An order confirmation will be issued and sent to your email address once full payment is received.

What's included in the order?
A custom-made wool painting of your provided portrait.
Backed with base fabric.
A round shape embroidery hood in either wood grain effect finished plastic hoop or wooden hoop for selection. Size of hoops ranges from 15.5cm to 20cm.
Size Options of a Pet Portrait
Measured based on the length and height of the portrait, whichever is largest.
12cm: A$300 + shipping
18cm: A$370 + shipping

Please provide one high resolution photo. (Important !)
Portrait's face should be in focus without blur. (Important !)
Natural light works best, so that the actual hue can be accurately reflected as much as possible.
Eye-level photos would be great to illustrate the portrait.
Avoid photos with very bright light and shadows.
Photos captured from phone screenshot are generally not preferred.

The production time usually takes 45 calendar days but it varies on the size of the portrait. You will be advised of the approximate dispatch time before making payment.
As this is a customized work, I will try my best to let it arrive at your door as soon as possible and dispatch the finished product by the agreed timeframe.
I always try my best to capture all the details of the portrait, but please understand that it could not be 100% exactly the same as the original item.
For making multiple portraits, embossing names on the artwork or fitting into other size/style of the frame will be subject to additional cost. I am happy to discuss with you to fit your request.
I retain the rights to reproduce (as prints, promo material, teaching demonstration etc.) any artwork created from your submitted photo.
Payment Options
I accept payment made by Direct Deposit and Paypal.
Delivery
All deliveries (both Australia and overseas) will be sent via Australia Post in Tracked/Signed Airmail to avoid the loss of parcels.
Shipping cost varies depending on locations. You can contact me before placing an order and I am happy to give you a quote for the delivery.
I do not accept any responsibility for delay or non-delivery caused by fire, strikes, lockouts, accidents, war, force-majeure, government control or requisition, or any other circumstances beyond my control.
For overseas orders, please check your country tax guidelines before ordering to see what customs, duties and taxes you may be charged once the parcel arrives in your country.
